- Full payment is required at the time of reservation - Bookings are subject to availability.
- Cancellations before the 15th of December result in a 50% refund fee - Cancellations after the 15th of December will not be refunded - No refund will be applicable for not coming or missing the event for any reason
- As per the DTCM regulations, roads will be closed at 6 pm; We encourage guests to arrive at Dubai Mall before 6 pm to avoid potential problems.
- Babies & toddlers below 4 years old for free: will either be in strollers provided by parents or high chairs provided by the restaurant (needs to be booked in advance by contacting us)
- 50% discount for kids between 4 to 12 years old. (discount NOT available on Promenade area)
- Please note that bookings of only one person may be seated with other one-person bookings.
